1. Digital Courses (Video/Text Courses, Live Classes)
Eligibility for Refunds:
14-Day Window: Full refunds are available for unused courses within 14 days of purchase.
Accessed Content: If course materials (videos, quizzes, live sessions) are accessed, refunds are not available.
Exceptions: Refunds may be granted for technical issues unresolved within 48 hours of reporting.
Process:
Contact Support: Submit a request via your User Dashboard Support with your order ID and reason.
Verification: We’ll confirm course access and eligibility.
Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days (original payment method).
Note for Instructors: Refunds impact instructor earnings, which are adjusted post-refund.
2. Physical Products
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
30-Day Return Policy: Unopened/unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Defective Items: Full refunds or replacements available for damaged goods (proof required).
Custom/Personalized Items: Non-refundable unless faulty.
Process:

3. Subscription Plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
Cancellation Policy:
No Penalty: Cancel anytime via your support.
Access Retention: Current billing cycle access remains active until expiry.
Refunds: Partial/unused days are non-refundable.
