Biology Mastery: Living World, Health & Environment

This course covers the complete Form 3 Biology programme as prescribed by Cameroon's Ministry of Secondary Education, built around the three official modules taught in Anglophone secondary schools: The Living World, Health Education, and Environmental Education & Sustainable Development.

Students will learn how living systems function — from water and cellular exchange mechanisms (diffusion, osmosis, active transport) to the classification of living organisms across the five kingdoms. The course also covers how to improve plant and animal food yields, essential health education topics including nutrition, disease prevention (malaria, cholera, HIV/AIDS, Ebola), and personal hygiene, and closes with environmental education on ecological balance and sustainable soil management.

Each chapter follows the competency-based approach (CBA) used in Cameroonian classrooms, connecting biology concepts to real-life situations relevant to students' communities — agriculture, health, and environmental stewardship. This course is ideal for Form 3 students preparing for continuous assessments and building a strong foundation ahead of the GCE Ordinary Level Biology exam in Form 5.
