  1. How do I enroll in a course?
    Browse courses, click “Enroll Now” (free) or “Purchase Course” (paid). Follow checkout steps. Access begins immediately.
  2. What payment methods are accepted?
    Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Mobile Money, installment plans (split payments over 3–6 months) and many other payments are accepted.
  3. Can I get a refund if I’m unsatisfied?
    Unused courses are refundable within 14 days. Contact support with your order ID.
  4. How do I access live classes?
    Join via the Book Meeting from the instructor profil.
  5. What are the system requirements for video courses?
    OS: Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+. Browser: Chrome/Firefox. Internet: 5 Mbps+.
  6. How do I download a certificate after completion?
    Click “Download Certificate” on the course completion page. Certificates are shareable PDFs.
  7. Can I transfer my course access to another user?
    No. Access is non-transferable. Each account is for personal use only.
  8. What happens if a course is removed?
    You retain lifetime access to completed courses. Contact support if materials disappear.
  9. How do I participate in forums?
    Post questions in Course Forums. Engage with peers and instructors via replies or upvotes.
